Artifact Definition

Artifact is archaeological objects or historic heritage objects, i.e. all objects are created or modified by humans that can be moved. Examples of artifacts are stone tools, metal and bone, pottery, inscription plate and paper, metal weapons (arrows, arrowheads, etc.), terracotta and animal horns.
