In order to write as simple as possible, use the standard writing formula 5W +1 H as a guide, for complete text. Writing is tricky. Writing is difficult because a lay writer usually confused about how to get started and confused what to tell on the topic. The basic formula that is not wasting time is 5W +1 H (What, Who, When, Where, Why, and How).
The formula is universally valid and covers the basic things that must be met to complete an articvle or post of any kind, not merely news.
WHAT is what we want to write, or the theme of what we want to express in writing. It could about the potholed streets around the house that never repaired; garbage wastes are not handled well until disruptive environments, or about LPG latter often explode. Whatever your interest and you think it is worth knowing.
What we want to write is the basis for determining the W other. WHO is the character(s) who are involved in the topic that we write. When the characters do not sufficiently known by the reader, then our obligation is to "introduce" the characters by explaining who and what is his or her role in the events that we write.
The third W is WHEN is the time of occurrence of events that we tell (what). Then the fourth W is WHERE, i.e. the place where an incident or an event occurred. The final W is the WHY; it is about why such events occurred. The background of these events is usually the most interesting part of the event.
One of them is H. It is HOW, which explains how the incident or event occurred, process, and chronology. These basic elements that must be met for a post or article can be called as complete and informative writing.
Do not forget about the accuracy or timeliness of data in fulfilling the elements of the text. It is very important to avoid misunderstandings due to the lack of accurate information.
Furthermore, only a matter of detail, grammar and word choice questions, which can be studied in the next stage.
