1. Title
Placed on top, it should contain the name, address, and phone number.
2. Education
Mention the diploma or degree of the end of education level that you have achieved or being expected, your date of graduation, and your field of study.
3. Work experience
List the employers, job titles, dates you worked, and a short description of your duties and responsibilities at those times you were worked, starting from latest. Perhaps you may also enter voluntary work or part-time job you've ever done.
4. Skills
It is not mandatory in nature. List the skills to use computers or the language or skills other skills and abilities that may be relevant to the position that you are applying.
5. Appreciation of each activity.
List the awards you've won, club or organization where you belong, and the activities in which you participate.
6. Reference
Include words "References will be provided if requested." You must be prepared to name at least three people who can explain your abilities and personality (be sure to notify the referees before, so they would not be surprised if contacted).
