In every company or organization, if you are a subordinate, you will find yourself led by a boss. Or, if you have your subordinates within a company, you have a company, you are a boss. But, there are qualities that can determine that whether a boss will be successfully in his or her future within his leadership in a company or organization. Within this post, I wrote a quote about how we can determine a successful boss. A successful boss can be seen from these 10 qualities of boss below.
1. Cheerfully greeting all employees with smiles regardless of the tenure status.
2. Calling people by name (and title if the moment is appropriate).
3. Never considered him or her-self "too high" to do petty jobs or help someone.
4. Delegating but does not throw the responsibility to others.
5. Personally and constructively criticize employees who have made a mistake, whether small or big mistake.
6. Demonstrate a sense of appropriate humor in reasonable circumstances.
7. Humble, always willing to take responsibility for mistakes, never blame others.
8. Not always selfish, but also consider the interests of others - being a good listener.
9. Never expect employees to comply with the rules that he or she him or her-self is not willing to comply.
10. Treating the opposite sex of employees as a professional and does not demand a woman to do things that is traditionally considered as "a slut".
