Google Voice is a communication service from Google that is integrated with Gmail account and this service tries to compete with Skype as a site of voice communication network provider via the internet. Since the first time reported, Gmail users already make phone calls over the Google Voice as many as 10 million calls.
So, Will Google Voice dominates the market for voice communication via the internet?
Since Monday last week, news website named Mashable social media is trying to 'incite' both by conducting a survey the reader; which are selected by the respondents, Skype or Google Voice. What is the result?
Differences are both only 20 votes. A total of 1438 respondents, or 42.87 percent of respondents chose the Google Voice, while the 1418 respondents or 42.28 percent chose Skype.
If we look from the number of Internet users that using email service from Google, i.e. Gmail, Google Voice is the toughest rival of Skype. From the data of respondents listed above, then in the later day, Google is expected to be a market leader in the voice communications market on the Internet.
