Soft drink is as a favorite beverage for many people. The price is affordable and the taste is fresh and varied that can make this type of beverage favored by various circles, from the children, adolescents, adults, even parents. Most people consume soft drinks in places where food or fast food at a time to gather with colleagues, friends, or relatives family.  Soft Drink is created in the United States in 1830, consumption continues to rise dramatically from year to year. This increase does not only apply in United States but also in other countries throughout the world.

This soft drink is fresh, but have you ever know that this kind of beverage is raise bad risk for our body? Behind the freshness and delicious of soft drinks, it contains a variety of substances damaging to health. Soft drinks contain artificial dyes, carbonate, phosphoric acid, sweeteners, preservatives, caffeine, and contains high sugar.

Here are some bad effects of soft drinks:

Obesity
