Coffee is daily beverage for millions of people. Every day people enjoy coffee, in morning, afternoon, evening or night, all over the world people enjoy coffee, either homemade or enjoy it in the cafe.
But in recent years the coffee gets bad news because it was considered has a bad influence on health. In the UK there are doctors’ reports who advised by British Prime Minister Tony Blair, for reducing drinking coffee, but apparently the views on the coffee is reversed.
"Do not hear that bad story," says a nutrition expert, Dr. Chiara Trombetti of humanity Gavazzeni Institute, in Milan. According to him, there is a reason to enjoy espresso in the morning without worrying about its impact on health. "Coffee can be good for you", he said, and the harder the coffee, the better coffee. That's why he recommended the espresso and but not instant coffee.
Coffee Advantages
Dr. Trombetti also said he himself hates coffee, but he showed a lot of scientific evidence on the benefits or advantages of coffee. Coffee contains tannin and antioxidants, which proved good for the heart and arteries. Coffee can also relieve headaches and good for the heart and can prevent liver disorders and gallstones.
In addition, caffeine in coffee can reduce asthma attacks and help improve circulation within the heart. However, if taken in excess can increase nervousness, and cause rapid heartbeat and trembling hands.
For pregnant women, heart patients and people who suffering ulcer are usually advised to not drink coffee.
Dr. Trombetti also reminded that people do not drink coffee more than three or four cups a day. Other advice is a cup of coffee with milk may be a good start for the future coffee lover, i.e. school children because it stimulates the brain works.
This advice may be very useful for Italian children who are often sleepy at school because the lessons take place from 8:30 am to start at 16.30.
