When you make a plan of a marketing strategy, you need to communicate it to the member of the companies. Usually it will be communicated to the management level of employees. Improving the quality of how the plan is communicated may be more favorable than fix the plan itself. The implementation in communicating the plan are as follows:

- Managing a customer to maximize profits.
- Hold the power of big retailers who increasingly strong.

- Measuring customer revenue in the income (return on customer profit - CRA) by the following formula to measure the profit per customer.
- Divide customers and establish groups to manage each group of customers so as to maximize CRA.

In leading a business or company that we run, we must make a planning worksheet. We call it as a planning, but it's actually running a business. There are some application we need to know and do in the planning worksheet, namely:
