International Robot Fair took place in February 2004, opened with World Robot Declaration. Robot fair was held in Fukuoka, Japan. In the declaration, there was an included expectation regarding the next-generation robots, namely: it hoped that robots would be partners that coexist with humans; help people both physically and psychologically; and contributes to the realization of a safe and peaceful society.

The Japan Robot Association estimates that the domestic robot market in Japan will reach 3 trillion yen in 2010 and 8 trillion yen in 2025. However, until now no specific laws regarding to everything related to robot.

Durkheim argues that the subject of sociology studies should be narrowed to a field that can be described in order to distinguish sociology with the other social studies. To that end, Durkheim proposed that we should limit the sociology to the analysis study of social facts. By Durkheim social facts are explained in two ways.
