Information processing is the result of a model, the formation, organization, or a change in the form of data that has some value, and can be used to increase the knowledge who receiving it. In this case, the data can be regarded as an object and information is a subject that benefits recipients. Information can also be called as a result of processing or data processing.

The data is the form of historical records which are recorded and archived with no purpose and is immediately taken back for decision-making. Data that has been placed in the context that is more meaningful and useful to be communicated to the recipient for use in decision-making is called as information.

Some IT projects are successfully implemented nationally? They are successful in terms of timely and accurate budget. There has been no research on this, but roughly a handful. When an IT project fails then there is a huge loss.

There are many factors of Failure; one of the most dominant is the absence of good planning. Poor planning inevitably brings to poor implementation as well. Good planning does not necessarily produce a good implementation, depending on how the existing strategies in the plan implemented.
